heading to the wedding party this sunday!

I'm super excited to be attending The Wedding Library's Wedding Party with Martha Stewart Weddings on Sunday! I hope to meet lots of wedding contacts and vendors to help my brides make the right choice. Oh, and I'm bringing my camera to take lots and lots of photos! Want to go? Head over to their website and get your tickets before the event! Happy Friday!

the chocolate room, brooklyn ny

Yesterday, I finally visited The Chocolate Room in park slope. I met up with a friend for some tea and chocolate goodness. I totally over indulged in a hot fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream but I only ate half. (I swear!) Here are few delicious photos from my visit. Yum!

:: things i like :: impossible px shade

If you use impossible film, you have to shield it from the light for at least the first 4 minutes for the image to appear. Sometimes, I forget or I can't get the image into my camera bag fast enough and I'll lose the image. <super loud sigh> Then, I found out that they invented the Impossible PX Shade. It slips into your SX-70 front slot and blocks every image from the sun. Brilliant!

bread alone - peanut butter cookies

Bread Alone's peanut butter cookies are my absolute favorite! (well, besides sugar & lemon) Everytime I'm near one of their locations, I make sure to pick up a pack. You can order from their website or visit the Union Square Farmer's market to try them out. Nom, nom, nom!

happy chinese new year & hong kong flower market!

Happy Chinese New Year! It's the Year of the Dragon which means Hong Kong is in full celebration mode. It's hard to believe that we've been home for almost a year but I especially miss Hong Kong around the new year. I miss the orange trees lining the streets, decorative flowers at the markets and the new year parties! Here are some photos taken at the Hong Kong Flower Market last year during the holidays. Enjoy!
