I'm happy to say that I've kept up with at least one of my New Years resolutions this year! I've been using my Brooklyn Public Library card very regularly and reading a lot of business books. I thought it would be fun to share some of them with you. If you can, pick them up. I think you'll enjoy them.
No.1 Worth Every Penny by Sarah Petty & Erin Verbeck. This book was just released and only on page 100 but it's a fantastic book for anyone with a small business. No.2 Are you a connector? Do you share your network with others? Love is the Killer App by Tim Sanders discusses opening your heart and network to others. No. 3 The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber is a must read for any small business owner. Starting your own business is a lot of hard work and reading this book help me realize it's ok to ask for help. You can't be the boss, manager and employee all at once. No. 4 I'm sure you heard about Malcolm Galdwell's The Tipping Point. It's completely addictive and full of statistics that will amaze you. I couldn't put this book down!
So, what are you reading now? I would love some new recommendations.
