vietnamese iced coffee

While we were in Vietnam, my husband drank a lot of coffee to put it mildly. I don't drink coffee myself, but I was fascinated how he made his own iced coffee just about everywhere we went. So, of course, I took photos of the process. Coffee grinds are put in the bottom of the metal coffee filter and hot water brews the coffee through the drip. Next, pour your fresh brewed coffee into a tall glass of ice. Finally, add condensed milk for sweetness and stir with an extra long spoon. (vietnam had the longest spoons I've ever seen!) We were lucky and brought some coffee and a metal filter home so we could share with our friends & family. Yummmmm!
