Vietnam > Hong Kong > New York

phew! it's been a crazy few weeks but we are back and (mostly) settled back in brooklyn. before we arrived home, we flew between three time zones within a 48 hour time period! needless to say, it's taken a few weeks to readjust to eastern standard time.

there are good things in store! i took so many amazing photos in Vietnam and will start to post once i've gone through the files. i also have a few more artists lined up for my series "Artists I Like" which i hope you'll enjoy.  just a side note: i am going to be working remotely for the next few weeks until we get internet back in our apartment again (gee thanks, twc!) so my posts will be a bit sporadic so hang tight!

i wanted to share this photo that I took with my iphone app cross process. it's from one of our first few days back in the states. you don't realize how much you miss sunsets and clouds until you don't see them everyday.

  1. I am so happy to hear that that photo was taken here in New York, When I first saw it, I thought it was Viet Nam and I thought to myself 'Gee, how beautiful it must have been there."

Now, to know it is from our home town, makes it all the more lovely.

There's no place like home. Dorothy knew that all the time

thank you so much for your kind note! xo, jainé
